КНУР — организация, сформированная выжившими после распада Чешелистика.

Базируется в **Измерении Края** и отвечает за контроль нестабильных знаний.

### Цели

* сохранить уцелевшие архивы;
* наблюдать за аномалиями;
* не допустить нового коллапса;
* назначать носителей судебного и наблюдательного мандата.
